Update from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau:
Business must have reduced earnings of at least 30% and is available for large and small businesses. The number of employees will not affect eligibility.
It is also available to non-profit and charities.
75% of the first $58,700 will be covered.
It is backdated to March 15, 2020.
There will be serious consequences who those that game the subsidy.
