On June 1, 2020, CRA updated their NATIONAL LEADS TIP PROGRAM to allow individuals to report suspected tax or benefit cheating in respect of the government supports relating to COVID-19. In particular, they are looking for information in respect of CERB, CEWS, and CESB. In respect of CEWS, CRA encourages individuals to bring concerns to the employer first.
