CEBA Dispute Resolution

In mid December the CEBA website was updated to note that a process to facilitate remediation is currently under development and further information on this process is expected to be available by the end of January, 2021. If applicable, the financial institution will inform you of potential next steps you may take to remedy your application. If declined for the $20,000 expansion and the applicant does not hear from their financial institution by the end of January, 2021, they may contact the CEBA call centre at that time for an update at 1-888-324-4201.
